Like walking onto the set of Harry Potter, the 78 unit apartment building located on West Grand Boulevard boasts incredible architectural features fit for a dramatic hollywood blockbuster.  This historical property, once dilapidated, is finding its place in the city again thanks to an aggressive multi-phase restoration initiative coordinated by Rock City.

MULTI PHASE REHAB

Multiple phases of restoration are already underway at Manning Manor.  New roof, new windows throughout, updated electrical and plumbing, restoration of individual units including new kitchens, update to bathrooms, plaster repair, painting, hardwood restoration and more will make this complex shine again.
